Community Quest

We believe that every person should feel deeply connected to God, to a faith community, to themselves (healthy self-image), and to the earth as a good neighbor and steward of God’s creation.

The goal of the community quest is to create spaces in which students can cultivate healthy relationships and feel connected to adults and peers who love them, talk with them, make them feel special, and share the love of God with them.

Thus, the Community Quest encourages students to earn badges around four types of connections:

  1. Small Group Attendance (each group is led by an adult mentor)
  2. Worship Attendance (Sermon Notes)
  3. Camp Wapo Experiences (Summer Camp or Weekend Retreat)
  4. Middle School Events (hosted by the Youth Director)
